The Performing Arts Community Center (PACC) is Waco’s downtown hub for dance, theatre, music, and film, offering a creative space where performers, creators, and the community can shine. Since our grand opening on September 6, 2024, we’ve quickly become a home for Waco’s artistic community, hosting 19 classes, 18 workshops, and 28 performances in just three months. Our mission is to enrich the lives of students and the community through the transformative power of the performing arts, guided by our core values of responsibility, integrity, humility, and kindness.
